🧫 Key Responsibilities
- Operate and calibrate lab instruments like HPLC, UV Spectrophotometer, Karl Fischer, Viscometer, and Moisture Analyzer
- Maintain calibration records, conduct daily checks, and perform standardizations
- Monitor and manage chemical stock and lab consumables
- Conduct review of raw material and finished product reports
- Ensure accurate documentation of instrument logbooks, volumetric solutions, and analytical records
- Follow regulatory protocols including CAPA, OOS, OOT, and OMS systems
✅ Skills & Competencies Required
- Strong understanding of wet lab techniques and instrumental analysis
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical documentation standards and GMP/GLP
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Good communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle audits, inspections, and documentation reviews
