The NEEV Quality Program, in strategic partnership with BITS Pilani, enables selected students to earn a B.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Sciences while working in Cipla’s manufacturing hubs in Goa, Indore, Kurkumbh, or Bangalore. This four-year, full-time program perfectly combines theoretical learning with practical exposure, making graduates job-ready from day one.

Eligibility Criteria
To join the NEEV Quality Program:

Education: 60% minimum in 10+2 (HSC) Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics), passing year 2025.

Age: Must be 18 years old by August 31, 2025.

Relocation: Willingness to relocate to any manufacturing site for 4 years.

Skills: Keen interest in quality assurance, willingness to learn, and commitment to the program.
Local candidates from Goa, Indore, Kurkumbh, and Bangalore are given preference, though applications are open to all eligible candidates.
Program Structure
Participants will attend daily 2-hour academic sessions through BITS Pilani’s Work Integrated Learning Program alongside their regular shifts at Cipla’s world-class factories. This dual approach ensures deep theoretical understanding and real-time application of quality control, GMP compliance, and pharmaceutical production concepts.
