🔍 Job Role: Process Specialist – CDM/PV
Designation: Process Specialist – Clinical Data Management & Pharmacovigilance
Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc in Life Sciences, Pharm.D
Experience: Minimum 3.5+ years in CDM, preferably with PV exposure
Work Type: Hybrid (10-hour day shifts)
Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata
💼 Key Responsibilities

Execute clinical data activities including data cleaning, discrepancy resolution, query management, and database lock
-
Handle third-party data reconciliation (SAE, lab, imaging, eCOA, PK/PD)

Develop action plans aligned with project SLAs and timelines
-
Participate in study setup – DMP creation, edit check specification, and data transfer specs
-
Archive documents per audit guidelines and ensure data retrieval accuracy
-
Work on UAT validation, perform SAE reconciliation, and maintain regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP)

Contribute to innovation and operational excellence initiatives
-
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
🧠 Required Skills

Hands-on expertise in RAVE, VEEVA EDC systems, and Spotfire

Knowledge of clinical data lifecycle (Start-up, Conduct, and Close-out phases)

Proficient in MS Excel and other clinical data tools
-
Familiarity with GxP, ICH-GCP, and regulatory guidelines
-
Strong analytical skills with attention to data integrity and quality

Prior client-facing experience and mentoring capabilities is a plus

Preferred certifications in Clinical Data Management, Pharmacovigilance, or Generative AI.
