As a Management Trainee in the Client Services department, you will be supporting Cvent clients through product consultation, implementation, and best practice sharing. You’ll play a crucial role in enabling event planners to successfully use Cvent’s event management software tools and services.
🔧 Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting clients over phone and email with their product-related queries
- Assisting with technical troubleshooting and system configurations
