🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Operate reactors (SSR, GLR), centrifuges, filters (ANFD, PAND), and dryers (RCVD)
- Handle high vacuum distillation, exothermic reactions, and drying processes
- Work with MSDS-compliant raw materials and follow SOP-based manufacturing
- Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records (BMRs)
- Ensure safety protocols, housekeeping, and GMP compliance
- Operate automated DCS/PLC systems in production lines
- Participate in shift-based operations (rotational shifts mandatory).
