• Experience Required: 8–10 years in reputable pharmaceutical companies in Egypt.

• Managerial Experience: At least 2 years in a similar leadership role.

• Location: EL Sadat City – EL Menoufia.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of compliance strategies across QA.

• Oversee validation activities related to equipment, facilities, utilities, cleaning, and processes.

• Manage the documentation control system in alignment with local and international GMP standards.

• Prepare departments for audits including USFDA, EMA, and local health authority inspections.

🔬 Research & Development (R&D) Department

1. R&D Formulation Supervisor

• Experience Required: 3–7 years in formulation development of oral solid dosage forms.

• Location: EL Sadat City – EL Menoufia.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Supervise pre-formulation and formulation trials for new and existing products.

• Evaluate raw materials, excipients, and drug interactions.

2. Production Pharmacist

• Production Section Head: Requires at least 6 years of experience in solid dosage form manufacturing.

• Production Pharmacist: Requires at least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Supervise the production process ensuring adherence to SOPs, BMRs, and GMP.

• Manage daily operations, including manpower scheduling, batch planning, and line clearance.

• Coordinate with QA/QC, engineering, and warehouse teams.

• Train production staff on GMP, equipment operation, and safety protocols.

🎯 Job Requirements for All Positions

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (B.Pharm) is mandatory.

• Strong working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Understanding of local MOH regulations and international regulatory guidelines.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills.
