- Designation: Analyst – International Healthcare Voice Process
- Experience: 0–4 years (Freshers welcome)
- Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Work from Office)
- Shift Timings: US Night Shifts (6:30 PM – 10:30 AM IST, 5 days/week including weekends)
- Employment Type: Full-time
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for US healthcare clients
- Resolve queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Document call interactions in CRM systems accurately
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality policies
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Meet performance metrics (Quality, AHT, FCR)
🎯 Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (Spanish is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and CRM knowledge
- Willingness to work night shifts and weekends
- Based in or ready to relocate to Pune
