⏳ Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years in scientific writing, reviewing, or medical affairs in the pharma or life sciences industry
🎓 Educational Qualifications:

PharmD, M.Pharm, M.S. (Pharm)

MBBS, BDS, MDS, or Ph.D. in life sciences
✅ Key Responsibilities
As a Medical and Scientific Reviewer at EVERSANA, your core role will include:
-
Reviewing promotional and non-promotional materials for scientific accuracy, clarity, and regulatory compliance.
-
Validating content with appropriate references and ensuring balance and statistical relevance.
-
Fact-checking claims and data used in Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review cycles.
-
Proofreading and refining scientific documents, ensuring consistency with medical strategy and regulatory standards (USFDA, EMA, ICH).
-
Supporting Scientific Response Documents (SRDs), slide decks, FAQs, training content, and abstracts.

Uploading and annotating documents in content management systems like Veeva Vault (PromoMats, MedComms).
-
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including medical signatories, reviewers, and stakeholders.

Contributing to internal knowledge assets: SOPs, style guides, checklists, templates, etc.

Participating in client calls, helping resolve review findings and contributing to continuous process improvement.
🧠 Required Skills

Strong command of medical/scientific literature interpretation and data analytics

Familiarity with USFDA, EMA, and ICH regulations, cGMP/cGLP practices

Expert in literature search tools: PubMed, Embase, Ovid, RightFind
-
Advanced English communication and editing skills

Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault, content annotation, and version control
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
-
Excellent project management and time management skills
-
Ability to work independently in cross-functional, international environments
