As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth business operations through:

  • Delivering high-level secretarial and administrative support to senior executives and management.

  • Creating professional presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

  • Collecting and compiling data, and transcribing information to prepare essential business documentation.

  • Managing and maintaining digital and physical records, ensuring confidentiality and easy access.

  • Scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and ensuring all equipment is prepared.

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients and coordinating with internal departments for superior service.

  • Scanning and routing incoming mail and documents with efficient follow-ups.

  • Maintaining discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive corporate data and personnel files.

Requirements & Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following:

  • Minimum of 2+ years experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

  • UAE experience is a plus, but not mandatory

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
