Key Responsibilities of Each Department

1. Quality Assurance (QA):

  • Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory requirements.

  • Timely review and closure of deviations, CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and change controls.

  • Audit preparedness and maintenance of documentation for regulatory inspections.

  • Cross-functional collaboration with Production, QC, and Regulatory Affairs teams.

2. Quality Control (QC):

  • Testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.

  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of lab results.

  • Performing stability testing, validation, and other related quality control procedures.

3. Maintenance:
