🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- UG: BCA
- PG: MCA
- Mandatory Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support roles within a pharmaceutical setup
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Handle hardware, networking, printer, and MS Office-related IT tickets
- Administer user access, password policies, and system data control as per SOP
- Execute CSV/Admin tasks on Chromatographic and lab-based applications
- Ensure compliance with key pharmaceutical regulatory standards:
- 21 CFR Part 11 / Annex 11
- GAMP 5, CSA guidelines
- Data Integrity & Audit Trail requirements
⭐ Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of pharma IT infrastructure and validation protocols
- Familiarity with pharma-grade software systems, instruments, and regulatory expectations
- Proficient in documenting IT SOPs, managing user roles, and troubleshooting within validated environments
