🏢 About the Role – Recruitment Executive (Contractual)
As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. You’ll gain exposure to AI-based recruitment tools, digital hiring strategies, and global HR best practices. This is a full-time, on-site contractual role at Genpact’s Gurgaon office.
🔍 Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Any Graduate (B.Com, BA, BBA, BCA, BSc, etc.)
- Experience: 0 to 2 years
- Prior internships or experience in recruitment is a plus
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Post job openings on portals and social media platforms
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using recruitment tools
- Conduct initial interviews and schedule further rounds
- Assist with onboarding and HR documentation
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and generate reports
✨ Key Skills Required:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Familiarity with job boards (Naukri, Monster, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles under deadlines
