Head of QA Compliance (m/f/d) for a pharmaceutical company in Bavaria
My client is an international company with 50 locations and over 20,000 employees, due to expansion we are looking for a manager of a department management of over 30 employees. They report to the VP Quality.
Your tasks:
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to handle pharmaceutical-technical complaints and ensure the highest QA standards. Leading a team for the development and implementation of training concepts within the regional GMP, GDP QA department. You will be responsible for the elaboration and implementation of comprehensive training concepts in the GMP/GDP area and will create, review the approval of APQRs in the role from a marketing perspective. You will coordinate and carry out necessary changes to the manufacturing and import licence as well as communication with the responsible authorities. Support in the compilation of relevant GMP/GDP documents for the approval of new medicines at regional and global level, as well as in regulatory inspections and audits. They guide and develop the direct reports through regular feedback and coaching. The promotion and establishment of a team culture that reflects and represents all the values of the company.
Requirements:
- Completed university degree in pharmacy, engineering or natural sciences
- More than 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the field of QA, QM
- 4 years of experience in the field of Quality Assurance of Quality Management
- Experience in leading projects for the management and implementation of QA projects
- GMP and international legal experience in pharmaceutical law
- Very good knowledge of German and English C1
