🔎 Open Positions and Key Requirements
🏭 Production Department
Qualification: B.Tech / M.Sc. in Microbiology / Biotechnology
Experience: 1 to 7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Egg Section: Egg handling, pre-incubation, inoculation, harvesting of allantoic fluid/embryo, aseptic sampling.
- Fill Finish (Live Vaccine): Lyophilized drug product manufacturing, vial washing, aseptic filling, media fill activities.
- Fill Finish (Inactivated Vaccine): Emulsion-based product manufacturing, aseptic blending, CIP/SIP operations, validation.
- QMS: Change Control, Deviations, Investigations, OOS, OOT, complaints, and related QMS documentation.
📑 Quality Assurance (QA) Department
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. Microbiology / Biotechnology / BE-Mechanical
Experience: 1 to 10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- IPQA: Line clearance, BMR/BPR reviews, process validation, deviation investigations.
- EQA: GMP projects, qualification of systems (Water, HVAC, Autoclaves, Filling Lines).
- Documentation: Issuance of controlled documents, BMR/BPR review, data management.
- CMO QA: Vendor audits, artwork review, complaint investigations, internal/external audits.
🔬 Quality Control (QC) Department
Qualification: M.Sc. in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Organic Chemistry / Chemistry
Experience: 3 to 10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Moisture & Thiomersal estimation, stability testing, RM/FG testing, R&D sample analysis.
- Chemical water testing (TOC, pH, Conductivity) as per GMP/GLP guidelines.
- Raw material sampling, method validation, instrument qualification/calibration.
- Environmental monitoring, stability studies, sterility testing, BET, cell culture analysis, SOP preparation.
📦 Store Department
Qualification: B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc.
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- RM/PM handling, inventory management, data entry, documentation compliance.
- Coordination with production & QA/QC to ensure uninterrupted supply chain.
