🎓 Qualifications:
MBA – HR, MHRM, PGDM or equivalent
🧩 Experience Required:
4 – 9 years in HR roles
💼 Industry Preference:
Pharmaceutical industry experience is mandatory

✔️ Stakeholder Management – Collaborate across departments to understand and meet hiring needs
✔️ HR Operations (Hire-to-Retire) – Handle the complete employee lifecycle with precision and care
✔️ Sourcing Expertise – Leverage job portals, professional networks, and social platforms to find the best talent
✔️ HR Gamut Knowledge – Be well-versed in policies, compliance, onboarding, employee engagement, and more
✔️ TAT-Driven Approach – Maintain a quick turnaround time while ensuring quality hires.
