1. Sterile Packing (Injectables)
- Experience Required: 1 to 4 years
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc / B.Pharma
- Key Skills:
- Knowledge of sterile area operations
- Primary & secondary packing procedures
- GMP documentation and visual inspection
- Regulatory exposure (USFDA, EU-GMP preferred)
2. AQA – Analytical Quality Assurance
- Experience Required: 5 to 7 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Analytical data review (HPLC, GC reports)
- Stability study data analysis
- OOS/OOT/Deviation handling and investigation
- Ensuring ALCOA+ data integrity principles
3. Lyophilizer Operator
- Experience Required: 5 to 8 years
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma
- Core Duties:
- Operation of lyophilization equipment (freeze dryers)
- Equipment cleaning and validation support
- Exposure to injectable aseptic areas
- Handling of WFI systems and cycle parameters
4. EHS – Environment, Health & Safety
- Experience Required: 7 to 9 years (Pharma Only)
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma / B.Sc
- Required Skills:
- ETP/STP plant operations
- ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 documentation
- Industrial safety protocols and fire audits
- Compliance with CPCB, HPPCB regulations
5. IC – MS (ARD)
- Experience: Relevant in Instrumentation & Analytical Method Development
6. Electrical – Sterile Facility
- Experience: Up to 8 LPA last drawn salary considered
- Skills: Electrical maintenance in sterile area, PLC systems, HVAC coordination
7. F&D – Injectable
- Domain: Formulation & Development for parenteral dosage forms
- Skills: QbD, DOE, PDR compilation, regulatory batch preparation
