🧪 Key Responsibilities
If selected as a Research Associate, your responsibilities will include:

DNA and RNA extraction using spin columns and reagent-based methods from various biological samples.

Conducting PCR, RT-PCR, and Real-Time PCR for diagnostics and research.

Supporting development and validation of diagnostic kits, including 16S rRNA PCR kits.

Maintaining accurate lab records and complying with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

Assisting the bioinformatics team with sequence alignment, SNP analysis, and MEGA X/CLUSTALW (training will be provided).

Collaborating in infectious disease diagnostic projects.
