- Handle complex transaction processing such as:
- Withdrawals, Terminations, Forfeitures, Contributions, Vesting, Funding, Dividends, Exchanges, Fees, Demographic updates (Census), Hardships, RMDs, QDRO, Beneficiary management, Loans, Adjustments, Excess Processing, Rollovers, Tax withholdings.
- Respond to client queries and resolve issues.
- Perform investigations related to retirement account discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with US regulatory standards.
📈 Technical & Professional Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in 401(k) DC/DB recordkeeping operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex transaction processes efficiently.
- Proficiency in US Insurance and Retirement Services domain highly preferred.
🎯 Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of US Retirement Plans, specifically 401(k) Defined Contribution & Defined Benefit Plans (DC/DB).
