Handle the end-to-end Order to Cash cycle, including invoice processing, collections, dispute resolution, and payment application.

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) processes with precision and accuracy.

Support customer billing, reconciliation, and financial documentation.

Analyze account discrepancies and resolve billing issues effectively.

Collaborate with global clients and internal teams to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.

Use Excel and other tools for reporting and process improvements.

Ensure compliance with client SLAs and internal controls.
