🔍 Key Responsibilities

As part of the QC team at Knovea Pharmaceutical, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The selected candidates will be responsible for:

✅ Analytical Instrument Handling:

• Operating and maintaining advanced analytical instruments such as:

  • HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography)

  • GC (Gas Chromatography)

  • UV-Vis Spectrophotometer

  • IR Spectroscopy

  • KF (Karl Fischer Titrator)

  • Auto Titrator

  • Polarimeter

  • LBPC (Liquid Particle Counter)

✅ Sample Analysis:

• Conducting analysis of:

  • Raw materials (RM)

  • Packing materials (PM)

  • Finished pharmaceutical products (FP)

  • Stability samples

• Ensuring accurate documentation as per GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

✅ Quality Management System (QMS) Involvement:

• Understanding and handling of QMS activities such as:

  • OOS (Out of Specification) investigations

  • OOT (Out of Trend) analysis

  • LIR (Laboratory Incident Reports)

  • Deviation Management

  • Change Control

• Supporting internal and external audits by regulatory authorities and clients.

🎓 Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with a strong scientific mindset and a hands-on approach in Quality Control activities.

✅ Qualification:

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. in Chemistry or relevant pharmaceutical sciences.

✅ Skills & Attributes:

• Proficient in analytical testing & instrument calibration.

• Sound understanding of regulatory expectations (e.g., USFDA, MHRA, WHO-GMP).

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, audit-ready environment.

• Strong knowledge of QMS documentation and root cause analysis.
