🧪 Key Responsibilities
As an IPQA Executive, you will ensure that all production and packaging activities comply with cGMP and regulatory standards. Your role is pivotal in maintaining real-time product quality.
🔍 Core Duties:

Perform line clearance during manufacturing and packaging operations
-
Monitor in-process operations on the shop floor to ensure compliance with SOPs
-
Conduct online sampling, verification, and physical inspection of intermediate products
-
Record and investigate non-conformities, deviations, and support CAPA
-
Ensure real-time review of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR)
-
Enforce GMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) during production activities
-
Support equipment qualification, process validation, and regulatory audits
-
Coordinate closely with the Quality Control (QC) and Production teams to ensure timely resolution of quality concerns
✅ Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
🎓 Education:

B.Pharm / M.Pharm from a recognized institution
📈 Experience:

2 to 5 years in IPQA roles within Pharma or FMCG manufacturing plants

Exposure to regulated environments (e.g., FDA, WHO, ISO-compliant units)
🧠 Technical Knowledge:

Proficiency in cGMP, GDP, and handling of BMR/BPR

Sound understanding of regulatory requirements for production and packing quality assurance

Familiarity with QA documentation, equipment validation, and internal audits
💻 Skills:

Strong observational and analytical skills

Good command of MS Office and documentation software tools

Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team
