As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will be a vital link in ensuring clinical trials are managed effectively and efficiently. This role provides administrative and operational support to the project team while giving you exposure to global research practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with daily study-related tasks.
- Maintain and update clinical trial trackers for assigned projects.
- Ensure proper management of Trial Master Files (TMF/E-TMF) and Site Master Files.
- Process investigator payments based on submitted invoices.
- Track and manage Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries, and clinical data.
- Coordinate with multiple functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Act as the central point of contact for project communication, documentation, and correspondence.
Qualifications and Eligibility
Lambda is seeking fresh graduates with a strong scientific background and eagerness to learn.
- Education: M.Sc, M.Pharm, B.Pharm, BAMS, BHMS, Dentistry, or equivalent degree.
- Experience: 0–2 years in clinical research. Prior experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills Required: Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, effective communication, and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
