🔍 Open Position: HR Officer / Senior Officer – Human Resources
- Location: Lincoln House, Behind Satyam Complex, Science City Road, Sola, Ahmedabad – 380060
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR operations (preferably in the pharmaceutical or regulated sector)
- Qualifications: M.Com, MBA (HR), MSW
- Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment: screening, scheduling, onboarding
- Performance appraisal and employee engagement
- Develop HR policies, training modules, and compliance reports
- Foster positive employee relations and team culture
