🔍 Current Job Openings – Quality Departments

1️⃣ Quality Control (QC) Department

• Position: Officer / Senior Officer / Executive

• Department: Quality Control

• Location: Goa

• Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related discipline)

• Experience: 3–7 years

• Industry Preference: Candidates with a background in pharmaceutical API/Formulation manufacturing preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform chemical and instrumental analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using instruments like HPLC, UV, IR, GC

• Conduct stability studies, method validation, and documentation as per ICH and cGMP guidelines

• Prepare and review technical documents such as COAs, STPs, and SOPs

• Ensure data integrity, analytical compliance, and support audits

• Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and current regulatory expectations

Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience with HPLC/GC/UV/IR

• Sound knowledge of pharma guidelines (cGMP, ICH, WHO-GMP)

• Proficiency in data integrity, documentation, and lab compliance protocols

• Good communication and reporting skills

2️⃣ Quality Assurance (IPQA) Department

• Position: Officer / Senior Officer / Executive

• Department: In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA)

• Location: Goa

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent)

• Experience: 2–7 years

• Industry Preference: Experience in oral solid dosage form manufacturing will be an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform line clearance for production and packing activities

• Ensure real-time monitoring of all manufacturing activities

• Conduct in-process checks during tablet compression, coating, capsule filling, and packaging

• Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR)

• Monitor and support handling of deviations, change control, CAPA, and quality incidents

• Participate in internal audits and support regulatory inspections (USFDA, MHRA, TGA)

Key Skills:

• Deep understanding of cGMP and regulatory requirements

• Documentation, auditing, and compliance capabilities

• Familiarity with QMS systems and production processes

• Excellent coordination and communication with cross-functional teams
