🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Review clinical documents, physician notes, operative reports, and medical records
- Accurately assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for diagnoses, procedures, and treatments
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines from AAPC, AHIMA, CMS, HIPAA, and payer policies
