• Strong understanding of cGMP guidelines, regulatory compliance, and documentation protocols

• Experience in pharma manufacturing, QA, QC, packing, or audits

🧪 Key Department Responsibilities:

🔹 Production & Packing

• Operating manufacturing and packaging equipment

• Ensuring batch manufacturing is compliant with SOPs

• Managing inventory, labels, and process documentation

🔹 Quality Assurance / IPQA

• Line clearance, sampling, and in-process checks

• Deviation handling, document review, and risk analysis

• Participation in internal/external audits and investigations

🔹 Vendor Qualification

• Assessing and qualifying raw material and service vendors

• Ensuring vendor compliance with regulatory standards

🔹 Audit & Compliance

• Managing regulatory, internal, and customer audits

• Coordinating CAPAs and ensuring audit readiness

🔹 Microbiology

• Performing microbiological testing, environment monitoring

• Handling water testing and microbial limit tests

🔹 Technology Transfer

• Supporting tech transfer for scale-up and commercial production

• Ensuring smooth documentation and process alignment

🔹 Engineering

• Maintenance of HVAC systems, utilities, and pharma machinery

• Ensuring equipment qualification and calibration schedules
