👥 Positions Available & Eligibility Criteria

1. Fresher – Trainee

• Qualification: B.Sc / B.Com or equivalent

• Experience: Freshers welcome

• Departments: QA, Packing, Stores, Purchase

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day documentation and compliance activities

  • Manage inventory and material movement

  • Support packaging and labeling procedures

  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and GMP practices

2. Executive / Senior Executive

• Qualification: B.Sc / B.Com or equivalent

• Experience: 3–8 years

• Preferred Expertise:

  • Computer System Validation (CSV)

  • Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

  • Qualification activities

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct system validations and equipment qualifications

  • Ensure MES compliance during batch operations

  • Document all QA-related activities in line with regulatory guidelines

  • Monitor compliance with cGMP and GDP standards

3. Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

• Qualification: B.Sc / B.Com or equivalent

• Experience: 10–15 years

• Preferred Background:

  • Hands-on experience in CSV, MES, QMS, or Stores/Purchase

  • Worked in USFDA / MHRA / WHO-GMP approved facilities

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead validation projects and qualification master plans

  • Oversee department operations and ensure audit readiness

  • Interface with cross-functional teams for compliance excellence

  • Mentor junior staff and manage team deliverables

✅ General Requirements (For All Positions)

• Good understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes

• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

• Working knowledge of Excel, ERP systems, and inventory control tools

• Candidates with experience in regulatory-audited units preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
