🧪 Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Environmental Monitoring (EM) of sterile and non-sterile manufacturing areas as per cGMP standards.

Perform Water Sampling and Microbial Analysis of Purified Water (PW), Water for Injection (WFI), and other utilities.
-
Monitor cleanroom classifications, viable/non-viable particulate monitoring, and ensure adherence to aseptic standards.
-
Prepare and review microbiological SOPs, protocols, and validation documents in compliance with regulatory expectations.

Participate in internal and external audits (USFDA, MHRA, WHO GMP, etc.) and assist in CAPA implementation.

Maintain strict compliance with data integrity (ALCOA+) principles and laboratory documentation practices.
✅ Preferred Candidate Profile:

Hands-on experience in formulation manufacturing with exposure to sterile operations is highly desirable.

Previous experience in USFDA, MHRA, or EU-regulated environments will be given strong preference.

Strong knowledge of cGMP, GLP, ICH guidelines, and microbiology testing standards.

Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment with cross-functional teams.
