🧠 Job Summary
As an Associate Analyst – Quality Analytics, you will:
- Build Power BI dashboards to visualize and interpret pharmaceutical quality data.
- Collaborate across departments to understand data requirements and develop analytics blueprints and POCs.
- Work closely with the IT team to implement robust analytics solutions.
- Ensure data governance and GxP compliance in all analytics and quality documentation.
- Play a crucial role in training, solution adoption, and documentation, supporting Novartis’ Quality Management System (QMS).
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and quality KPIs.
- Collaborate with quality stakeholders to define business use cases.
- Translate analytical requirements into technical documentation and coordinate with IT for implementation.
- Develop and deliver user training for new analytics tools and dashboards.
- Monitor solution effectiveness, gather user feedback, and propose enhancements.
- Manage system access controls and user roles per GxP standards.
- Maintain SOPs and ensure audit-ready documentation in QMS.
- Safeguard the integrity and accuracy of quality systems data.

✅ Required Qualifications
🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Computer Engineering
- Information Technology
- Life Sciences
- Pharmacy
- Data Science
- Business Administration
- Advanced degrees (M.Sc., MBA, or related) are a plus.
🧪 Work Experience
- 0–4 years of relevant experience in:
- Business intelligence / analytics / data visualization.
- Quality Control (QC) / Quality Assurance (QA) in the pharma or biotech industry.
- Environmental monitoring or compliance-based data handling.
💻 Technical Skills
- Proficiency in:
- Power BI
- SQL
- QlikSense
- Python
- Cloud-based data platforms
- Familiarity with:
- Generative AI (GenAI) tools
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
🗣️ Language
