💼 Role: Claims Adjudicator – US Healthcare

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Process claims accurately, including payment and denial adjudication
- Handle COB, corrected, duplicate, and pricing claims
- Understand US healthcare terms (deductible, co-pay, OOP max, etc.)
- Work independently and meet SLA standards
- Manage complex case reviews per client guidelines
✅ Candidate Profile:
- 1–3 years of experience in claims adjudication
- Knowledge of Facets software (added advantage)
- Familiarity with HCFA and UB claims preferred
- Any graduate or postgraduate (any stream)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and independent thinking skills
🕐 Work Schedule:
- Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday)
- Must be flexible with client demands, including weekend work if required
