Key Responsibilities by Department

QA/RA (Quality Assurance / Regulatory Affairs)

• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.

• Oversee documentation, batch record reviews, and deviation management.

• Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.

• Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure timely approvals.

QC (Quality Control)

• Perform chemical, physical, and microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

• Execute validated analytical methods using HPLC, UV, IR, and other instruments.

• Ensure adherence to SOPs and maintain accurate lab records.

• Investigate out-of-specification results and implement corrective actions.

R&D (Research & Development)

• Assist in formulation development and process optimization.

• Conduct stability studies and analytical method development.

• Support pilot-scale manufacturing and technology transfer activities.

• Document research findings and prepare technical reports.

ADL (Analytical Development Lab)

• Develop and validate analytical methods for new products and existing lines.

• Troubleshoot analytical instruments and maintain lab equipment.

• Provide analytical support for batch release and stability testing.

• Collaborate with QC and R&D for quality improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry.

• MSc/BSc degree in Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry is mandatory.

• Hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, etc.

• Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and documentation standards.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills and problem-solving aptitude.
