✅ 1. Microbiologist – Fermentation
Department: Microbiology
Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Tech in Biotechnology or Microbiology
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor fermentation cultures and microbial strains
Ensure aseptic conditions, sterility assurance, and compliance
Record keeping of microbial testing and in-process control
Familiarity with bioreactors, autoclaves, and SOP documentation.
✅ 2. Documentation QA – Biotech Division
Department: Quality Assurance
Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Tech in Biotech / Microbiology
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Responsibilities:
Maintain and audit all QA documentation, SOPs, BMR/BPR, and validation protocols
Ensure regulatory compliance for internal and external audits (USFDA, WHO-GMP)
Support change control, CAPA, and deviation handling
Align with QMS documentation standards in a biotech R&D environment.
✅ 3. Research Scientist – Downstream Fermentation
Department: Downstream Fermentation
Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Tech in Biotech / Microbiology
Experience: 8 to 12 Years
Responsibilities:
Operate and optimize protein purification, filtration, and chromatography systems.
Analyze bioseparation processes in pilot-scale manufacturing
Troubleshoot and improve yield and purity metrics in downstream workflows
Maintain and validate GMP-compliant fermentation output.
