We are inviting highly motivated and qualified researchers to join an interdisciplinary team working at the frontier of Computational Biophysics.

This position is supported by iHub-Data and provides a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative research integrating biomolecular simulations and machine learning.

🔬 About the Project

The project focuses on the application of state-of-the-art computational techniques, including molecular dynamics simulations and advanced machine learning methods, to understand and predict complex behaviors in biomolecular systems. It offers an engaging and collaborative environment at the interface of biophysics, bioinformatics, and data science.

🧪 Position: Post-Doctoral Fellow

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Ph.D. in Computational Biophysics, Biophysics, Bioinformatics, or a closely related field

  • Prior experience in biomolecular simulations is preferred

  • Proficiency in molecular dynamics (MD) simulations is highly desirable

  • Strong programming skills and familiarity with data analysis tools will be considered an advantage.
