RPG Life Sciences Ltd. (RPGLS), a flagship company of RPG Enterprises, is conducting a Mega Walk-In Drive on Sunday, July 6, 2025, for multiple positions across Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Production, Packing, Engineering, and Stores departments.
This recruitment is for our Formulation Division at Ankleshwar, Gujarat, and is ideal for professionals with 1–4 years of experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing and those familiar with USFDA/MHRA regulatory compliance.

✅ 1. Quality Control (QC) – Staff
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc
- Experience: 1–4 years
- Vacancies: 12
- Key Responsibilities:
- Raw material, in-process, finished product & stability sample analysis.
- Use of HPLC, GC, UV, IR, AAS, and Dissolution apparatus.
- Ensure GLP and regulatory compliance in documentation and testing.
✅ 2. Quality Assurance (QA) – Staff
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 1–4 years
- Vacancies: 12
- Key Responsibilities:
- In-process QA for Production & Packing.
- Manage change controls, deviations, and CAPAs.
- Assist in regulatory audits and ensure cGMP compliance.
✅ 3. Production – Staff / Operator
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 1–4 years
- Vacancies: 10
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operation of compression, granulation, coating machines.
- Documentation in BMR/BPR per cGMP.
- In-process checks & GMP adherence during batch operations.
✅ 4. Packing – Staff / Operator
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 1–4 years
- Vacancies: 10
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handling blister, strip, cartonator, and liquid packing operations.
- Execution of packing procedures and compliance with regulatory norms.
- Supporting QA for in-line checks and documentation accuracy.
✅ 5. Engineering – Staff / Operator
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation)
- Experience: 2–4 years
- Vacancies: 5
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plant maintenance for OSD equipment (granulators, coaters, blisters, etc.).
- Machinery troubleshooting and documentation.
- Adherence to preventive maintenance schedules and GMP standards.
✅ 6. Stores – Staff / Operator
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate / Post Graduate
- Experience: 1–4 years
- Vacancies: 5
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Raw Material (RM) & Packing Material (PM) dispensing.
- SAP transactions and inventory control.
- QMS documentation and adherence to SOPs.
