🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in clinical trial monitoring or clinical research
- Language: Proficiency in English (written & spoken)

- In-depth understanding of ICH-GCP, FDA/EMA regulations
- Experience in clinical trial management, data integrity, and eCRF systems
- Familiarity with eTMF, remote and on-site monitoring, ICF preparation, and HA/EC submissions

🧪 Key Responsibilities
Feasibility & Study Start-Up
- Assist in site selection and feasibility evaluation
- Prepare regulatory documents, EC cover letters, and ICFs
- Collaborate with stakeholders for site contracts and budgets
Site Monitoring (Remote & On-Site)
- Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
- Review clinical data, query resolution, and ensure compliance with protocol and SOPs
- Support patient recruitment and site staff training
Safety, Quality & Compliance
- Ensure accurate safety reporting and audit-readiness
- Perform CAPA and root cause analysis for protocol deviations
Study Administration
- Maintain trackers, regulatory submissions, and eTMF
- Participate in investigator meetings and ensure payment processing
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with investigators, CROs, and regulatory authorities
- Provide timely updates and manage clinical operations with high data accuracy
