- Qualification: MBA (Female candidates preferred)
2. Quality Assurance (QA)
- Designation: Assistant Manager
- Experience: 10–13 years in Lab QA
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
3. Quality Control (QC)
- Designations: Jr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Executive
- Experience: 1–8 years in GLP, Calibration, Stability, Raw Material, Microbiology
- Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc
4. Production
- Executive: 3–7 years in Compression, Granulation, Coating (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
- Operator: 3–8 years in Compression, Granulation, Coating (ITI / 10th / 12th)
5. Maintenance
- Senior Executive (Civil Engineer): 6–10 years (B.Tech Civil)
- Operator: 3–7 years (Diploma / B.Tech Electrical)
6. Packing
- Executive / Sr. Manager: 4–12 years in 230XT / BQS Machines (B.Pharm / B.Sc)
- Operator: 3–8 years in 230XT / BQS Machines (ITI / 10th / 12th)
