💼 Job Role – Customer Service Executive (Voice Process)

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your role will involve handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time permanent role under the Customer Success, Service & Operations department.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries professionally via inbound and outbound calls.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
  • Build trust and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Document interactions and maintain records in the system.

📝 Eligibility & Requirements

  • Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate (all streams eligible).
  • Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years’ experience can apply. Minimum 6 months in customer service preferred.
  • Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi (fluency required).
  • Skills:
    • Basic English communication.
    • Active listening and problem-solving skills.
    • Good interpersonal and teamwork ability.
  • Age Limit: 18 – 35 years.

⏰ Work Details

  • Shift Timings: Between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (10-hour rotational shifts).
  • Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO).
  • Working Days: 5 days/week (2 rotational week-offs).
