💼 Job Role – Customer Service Executive (Voice Process)
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your role will involve handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time permanent role under the Customer Success, Service & Operations department.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries professionally via inbound and outbound calls.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Build trust and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and maintain records in the system.
📝 Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate (all streams eligible).
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years’ experience can apply. Minimum 6 months in customer service preferred.
- Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi (fluency required).
- Skills:
- Basic English communication.
- Active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork ability.
- Age Limit: 18 – 35 years.

- Shift Timings: Between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (10-hour rotational shifts).
