🔬 Open Positions & Requirements
✅ 1. Production (API)
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or related fields
- Experience: 2–6 years
- CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA
- Skills: API manufacturing, GMP documentation, reactor/filter operations, process execution
- Responsibilities: Operate API production equipment, support QA/QC, maintain batch records, ensure compliance
✅ 2. Synthesis R&D
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Organic Chemistry preferred)
- Experience: 3–6 years
- CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA
- Skills: Organic synthesis, impurity profiling, HPLC, GC, route scouting
- Responsibilities: Develop synthesis methods, scale-up processes, prepare regulatory submissions
