📍 Job Overview

• Position: Officer / Senior Officer / Executive – Quality Control

• Department: Quality Control

• Location: MIDC, Mahad, Raigad, Maharashtra – 402309

• Type: Full-time, Onsite

• Industry: Pharmaceuticals – Formulations

• Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

• Work Timing: Shift-based (as per plant operations)

🧪 Key Responsibilities

As a QC Officer or Executive, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the company’s pharmaceutical products meet the highest quality and regulatory standards, especially for exports to over 40 international markets.

🔍 Primary Duties:

• Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, finished dosage forms, and stability samples

• Operate and calibrate sophisticated laboratory equipment like:

  • HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography)

  • GC (Gas Chromatography)

  • UV Spectrophotometers

  • Dissolution Testing Systems

• Review and maintain laboratory documentation in compliance with cGMP, ICH, and regulatory requirements

• Participate in method validation, content uniformity, and dosage unit testing

• Assist in investigation of OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) results

• Contribute to internal and external audit readiness and regulatory inspections

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

📚 Educational Qualifications:

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm – Any specialization

• M.Sc / B.Sc – Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences

💼 Experience:

• 2 to 7 years of experience in a pharmaceutical QC lab, preferably in a formulation (OSD) unit

🛠 Skills & Knowledge:

• Hands-on experience in:

  • HPLC, GC, UV, Dissolution

  • Uniformity of Dosage Unit

  • Analytical Method Validation

• Strong knowledge of cGMP, GLP, ICH Q2 guidelines, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance

• Experience in working with documentation for regulated markets (e.g., EU-GMP, USFDA, MHRA)

• Good analytical thinking, reporting, and troubleshooting skills

• Familiarity with QMS documentation like SOPs, CAPA, Deviation Management, Change Controls
