- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry or Life Sciences)
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- ITI / Diploma (for Operators)

- 1 to 8 Years in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment

🧪 Job Role Breakdown
✅ Quality Control (QC – OSD)
- Analysis of raw materials, in-process and finished goods
- Operation of HPLC, GC, UV, IR, Dissolution testers
- Review and documentation as per GMP/GLP
- Experience in regulatory audits (USFDA/MHRA preferred)
✅ Quality Assurance (QA – OSD)
- Review of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR)
- Handling of deviation, CAPA, OOS, OOT, and change controls
- Monitoring compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards
- Participation in internal audits and client audits
✅ Production (OSD)
- Granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling
- In-process checks and equipment calibration
- Documentation as per GMP guidelines
- Experience with machinery like FBD, RMG, tablet press, autocoater
✅ Packing (OSD)
- Blister and strip packing operations
- Line clearance and IPQA activities
- Handling packaging equipment such as BQS, CAM, Blister Line Machines
