🔍 Job Role: Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Specialist
📍 Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City, NCR 1600
🖥️ Remote Option: Available for qualified applicants
👩⚕️ License Required: PH or US RN license
📅 Experience: Minimum 1 year of inpatient concurrent CDI
Key Responsibilities:
- Review clinical documentation and ensure accuracy in patient health records.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to enhance documentation.
- Apply ICD-9/ICD-10 coding standards to clarify patient data.
- Improve Severity of Illness (SOI) and Risk of Mortality (ROM) scoring.
- Conduct education for healthcare providers on documentation best practices.
- Evaluate provider notes, lab reports, and treatment plans for documentation gaps.
