As a Manual Testing Trainee, you will be part of the core team responsible for:

• Configuring and testing Wipro’s Total Benefit Administration System based on client requirements.

• Using proprietary internal tools to set up system configurations.

• Ensuring software quality through detailed manual testing procedures.

• Troubleshooting and analyzing system issues.

• Ensuring data integrity and proper system configuration for end clients.

🛠️ Technical Skills Required

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Ability to write and execute SQL queries (both simple & complex)

• Exposure to Manual Testing principles & practices

• Familiarity with System Testing and Software Quality Assurance (SQA) methodologies

• Proficiency in Relational Database Concepts (Table Relationships, Keys, SQL, DB2)

• Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
