Eligibility Criteria
This program is open to women professionals who:
- Have taken a career break and wish to return to the pharmaceutical workforce.
- Possess prior experience in Production, Packaging, Quality Control (QC), or Quality Assurance (QA).
- Hold qualifications such as ITI, Diploma, B.Sc., M.Sc., B. Pharm, or M. Pharm.

- Production – Manufacturing & formulation operations.
- Packaging – Primary & secondary packaging in pharma.
- Quality Control – Testing & analysis of pharmaceutical products.
- Quality Assurance – Compliance & documentation as per GMP guidelines.
